Engenio's interoperability and solution test labs conduct
rigorous testing on components and systems. Specifically, we test functionality,
stability, interoperability, and fault tolerance in situations with real loads and real
traffic.
Upon successful completion of comprehensive testing, these products are awarded
the "Certified Compatible" logo and the product is added to the appropriate compatibility
list.
The support and sales teams for each compatible product are cross-trained on Engenio storage products, and technical support escalation procedures are established.
